Reservierungen (auf English)

Each written or telephone booking will be binding only if improved from a written confirmation by the Hotel's Direction and from the dispatch of a 30% deposit of the general amount that will be deducted at the end of the stay.

Payments
We accept only cash, travel checks and Credit Cards. The bill must be paid at the arrival.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Credit Card information is required in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be not charged,where not otherwise specified, until your arrival or departure or if the cancellation deadline has passed. Please be sure to insert a correct Credit Card Number. If has been transmitted an invalid expiration date and/or an invalid number the reservation is automatically cancelled without notice! Please check carefully that the expiration date is still valid in coincidence of the cancellation policy time.

Renouncements and Cancellation Policy
The renouncement, for any reason, to an improved reservation involve the loss of the deposit and the charge of the only room for a period of up to 3 days.
In case of NO SHOW the Hotel will freely use the room.
For individual reservations, cancellations with no charge are accepted only with large forewarning.
Cancellations received after or no shows, charge of the first night.
